The Small Animal Multiphoton Imaging Platform “PIMPA” is a fluorescence microscopy platform equipped with an instrumental device offering the possibility to combine confocal and biphoton imaging of the whole animal.
This platform has the specificity of bringing together different imaging modalities (spatial, temporal and spectral), linear and non-linear, with real-time three-dimensional acquisition and reconstruction of biological processes from the cellular to the tissue scale.
The main objective is to propose to the scientific, academic or private community a state-of-the-art tool for non-linear optical imaging.
